My car sat at service all day until 5pm when I called and inquired about when car would be ready. I was told by Hope (advisor) that oil change wasn't done yet or radio. She put car in express service and cal inquired about when car would be ready. I was told by Hope (advisor) that oil change wasn't done yet or radio. She put car in express service and called me at 7pm and told me car was done. When I arrived, minimal staff was there and I checked radio and it wasn't fixed. Matt tried telling me that it was my phone causing Android Auto to not work. I have the newest version phone and I knew that was not true. I was dismissed by Matt and pretty much told me "oh well" I would have to just deal with it. Staff was rude and didn't apologize for inconvenience or try to resolve my issue. VERY disappointed with this service at Auto Nation Toyota. More
