Could not make apps at dealership. Call Center was awful. Asked for several people I have dealt with before. Person did not know them. Finally asked if he was at the dealership. No he Call Center was awful. Asked for several people I have dealt with before. Person did not know them. Finally asked if he was at the dealership. No he was not. Very disappointing. Getting checked in at dealership at my apt. time was awful. 10 am apps. 10:30 am I still had not seen my assigned service tech. Finally a supervisor tried to help. My car was not moved for almost 45 minutes. Very disappointing. May not go back. I have been dealing there for years, and bought about 4 cars there. More

Service on my car óften presents a new problem. This time I had black marks on the rocker panel and seat with black finger prints on the inside door.
