Could not make apps at dealership. Call Center was awful. Asked for several people I have dealt with before. Person did not know them. Finally asked if he was at the dealership. Went in just to browse, am thinking about getting a newer car. Salesperson Ruben Maldonado greeted me. Spent the next 30 to 40 minutes with me and he was great! He assured me he would be on the lookout for what I wanted and would get back to me in a day or so. He called me two days later and again, no high pressure tactics. At this point, unless something changes, I definitely plan to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Main reason - no high pressure! More
