I brought my 9 year old Camry in for an oil change and went home with a new car. They made it worth my while with no pressure. I have purchased quite a few cars from this dealership and I have used their service department for all services. I have been super satisfied with all until yesterday. I had scheduled a 40,000 mile servic and I have used their service department for all services. I have been super satisfied with all until yesterday. I had scheduled a 40,000 mile service for 2:30 and arrived at 2:10. I was very quickly checked in and, since I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours, told the gentleman I would wait. No fees were discussed. No paperwork signed. At 4:30 (2 hours after my scheduled appointment), I asked if my car was ready and was directed to a gentleman who could not find anything. They spent approximately 45 minutes trying to find paperwork and my car. The paperwork was printed at 4:55 and indicated that my car was promised to me at 7 PM. What the heck?!? More

She said the whole console top would need to be replaced and the cost was $182.00 + tax. Ordered it online for $19.00, 2 screws and 5 minutes later it was installed!!! What a F...ing ripoff ! Will not be going there again for purchase or service and will surly tell everyone !!! I'm pissed.... More
