This rating pertains only to oil changes. 3 1/2 hours is too long to wait for a routine change. I had been told Howard would be available; he was not present. The sales person Arif is great very nice to deal with but the finance manger is not recommended got a bad attitude if you don’t purchase anything additional too pushy and nasty that’s not the way to do bu the finance manger is not recommended got a bad attitude if you don’t purchase anything additional too pushy and nasty that’s not the way to do business. I was told to go see Ed the manager of the used car department. He hook me up with Ryan who found two great cars to look at let me drive them and what little defects they were got them fixed as it will department.
