So they said they would fix the steering wheel because it was shredded and they didn’t when we picked it up it was still shredded. Both doors did not lock we had to change the actuators, the rims were tore u was shredded and they didn’t when we picked it up it was still shredded. Both doors did not lock we had to change the actuators, the rims were tore up and they said they could sell the car 10X over so they didn’t feel they needed to fix anything. And the windshield had a chip in they would t fix that either. I will never buy from here again ever. 12 hours to sign paperwork and get out of there didn’t even offer a bottle of water. Their machines were broken. So sad the way the world is but I will never go back to this place. More

I just wish someone could be honest about the wait time for service PLUS prepare me fot what to expect when I arrive. I wasn't told that I would need to "get in line" just to get a number for service and t for service PLUS prepare me fot what to expect when I arrive. I wasn't told that I would need to "get in line" just to get a number for service and that any "problems" would be taken care of before my ordinary service visit. I was told, after I asked, that it would be 90 minutes (after sitting in line to get acknowledged for over 30 minutes) but it was 2 1/2 hours longer. It would have been longer, but I finally inquired and surprise, surprise my car was done!!! The biggest surprise was that they didn't find anything wrong that would add to the service charge! I would not have minded waiting or even leaving my car if SOMEONE would just be honest about the wait time....I had an appointment for 11am and left the dealership after 2pm....and this was for a 90 minute service call....now I know why I kept putting this off! More
