Everyone we spoke with was courteous and professional. However, the process was pretty miserable. It took several hours to do the paperwork, if I had been warned I would have made different arrangements. However, the process was pretty miserable. Then, the paperwork I needed about the car, was not in any of the envelopes or folders and I had to call, email and request this important information. I still do not have all of it. Also, because the car made a very concerning noise on the 100 mile drive home, I took it to a local Toyota dealership and they found the tail light out, the 2 license plate lites out, the windshield wipers need replacement :( sooo I think these things should have been caught in the 50 point inspection, they were not. I don't know if you should have replaced the heat shield that was found laying on the muffler, which is what was causing the terrible sound or not $300 repair however, it seems at least I should have been told about it. It just seemed like no one really checked this car out properly. Sooo even though everyone was very nice the overall process was not. Thank you. More

Had my 2021 CHR serviced, and have gone there for many years with my 2009 Prius. This may have been the first time in a while I would give a 4 or better. It took over 3 hours to complete the the purchase process. This was after all decisions were made on the phone prior to my visit.
