We were served exactly on time, even though there was a long lines of cars. Mark took the information, ordered Lift fir us. In two minutes we sitting in a car and drove home .Mark told us it takes approxim long lines of cars. Mark took the information, ordered Lift fir us. He ordered Lift again. Exactly in 4 minutes how was in the message car was waiting for us. Mark gave us very sorrow explanation what was done. We were happy and drove home. I brought my 2000 Toyota 4Runner in to get a key fob programmed and it was all around a good experience. Hope was a great service advisor and did her best to help assist me. I have been very pleased with everything, from purchase to scheduled service. Until this last service visit. Everything was done to perfection but my service advisor was very poor. I was told it would be a to scheduled service. Until this last service visit. Everything was done to perfection but my service advisor was very poor. I was told it would be about 1&1/2 hours. After 3 plus hours I was able to find her. Asked about my vehicle, how close it was to being done. She stated on yes it’s done. Pulled it out of a stack of completed work orders. No telling how long it had been done. No call or text, even though she took my number when she checked my truck in. I’ll be asking for a different service advisor next time !! More

I would like it if they would keep me updated when a certain amount of time has passed while I wait for my vehicle. I waited over two hours for an oil change recently and had to inquire myself when I became impatient. There were several service techs out sick was the explanation and I can understand how that affects wait time but nobody bothered to tell me that. A service that normally takes an hour at most was double that with nobody talking to me. Frustrating. More

I trust my maintenance with AutoNation Toyota and will continue to bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance as well as unexpected repairs to their Service Department. They stand behind their work and have a comfortable waiting area for those who wish to wait for their vehicle care to be completed. I will continue to take my vehicle to AutoNation Toyota. They are always busy and are seeking more employees so am hoping they can accomplish that so the steps from check in to check out run much smoother. Had a coupon and Service Advisor failed to honor it so had to call cashier when I got home. That issue was resolved and received my credit. They need to rethink their method of entering coupons at check in in their software so the advisor just needs to check a box and enter at that time. Having to remind 3 times didn't work at this visit which required a phone call afterwards to cashier to get the credit added...problem solved. Took a long time, even with an appointment, to get checked in which is my reason for 3 stars (plus the fact that my coupon was never entered by advisor and I can only figure was due to how busy they were so he kept forgetting).
