I was very pleased before, during, and after my appointment at the Toyota dealership service department. Robert Rymer was an excellent service manager for me. I had asked if the car would be finished within an hour and it was done, since I had an appointment to get to within 30 minutes. When I was leaving two gentlemen talked to me on the way out and were very friendly asking me about my experience. Their names are Luka Sevo and Joanis Abrashi. They wanted to know if I wanted to sell my car. I told them no; however, it was a great conversation with them. I am so happy to be driving a Toyota Corolla, 2020 car. Had a light show up on dashboard and wasn't sure what it was. Checked manual and saw that it was low tire pressure. Took car in to have looked out. Timely and courteous. Disappointed in lack of communication between service advisor and technician and follow-through of technician in ensuring quality repair. The repair included a diagnostic test and test drive with the re advisor and technician and follow-through of technician in ensuring quality repair. The repair included a diagnostic test and test drive with the recognition that electrical systems were overcharged from failing alternator. The alternator was replaced for approximately $ 1,475 dollars-book labor hours 3 1/2. The failure of the alternator shorted the headlamps resulting in lamp failure with the vehicle returned to us unprepared. How would you like to pay $ 1,475. initially for alternator replacement and have part of the repair not performed? More
