My cell phone conversation with the General Manager was exactly what a good review should be with the kind of rapport which makes for good business and pleased customers. We reviewed the complaint in detail and discussed the situation sincerely with light humor. Do I wish the issue had been resolved initially? Yes, but the good faith business discussion with the General Manager resolved all complaint and I have had the opportunity to have contributed to a resolution.
