Only reason for not giving a five star rating is because of the lack of new vehicle inventory; which is an industry wide problem and why I wouldn't give ANY dealership a five star rating until that issue is of the lack of new vehicle inventory; which is an industry wide problem and why I wouldn't give ANY dealership a five star rating until that issue is resolved. Otherwise, my experience was excellent. Brought the vehicle in for an engine replacement. Auto Nation worked closely with my insurer to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Vicente, the service manager responsible for this major repair work kept us informed with frequent updates and replied immediately when we had questions. Check out was a breeze. No hidden charges. Car was ready when promised, and we got an exceptional guarantee on the labor performed. Now let's get some more cars on the lot, fellas!!!! More
