The vehicle I was originally interested in sold while I was talking to Matt, I adjusted my criteria shared it with him and we found what I was looking for. I was offered a free oil change and tire rotation. I accepted and made an appointment. It took almost 4 hours. I watched people who came in after me leave before me. Service advisor checked me in bu I accepted and made an appointment. It took almost 4 hours. I watched people who came in after me leave before me. Service advisor checked me in but had no contact with me and another service advisor gave me my keys. No receipt to even show anything was checked. I appreciated the free offer but I wont be back More

Went in for an out change with an appointment and they told me it would be at least 3 hours before they could get my car done because they overbooked. Rescheduled and came back another day where the oil c told me it would be at least 3 hours before they could get my car done because they overbooked. Rescheduled and came back another day where the oil change took a reasonable 1.5 hours. Everyone was real nice but I still lost a day. More
