The service writer was super nice and took care of me. But I will not do business there after being lied to and over quoted. Came in to have my clutch checked because my pedal felt loose and first was tol But I will not do business there after being lied to and over quoted. Came in to have my clutch checked because my pedal felt loose and first was told that I needed a whole new clutch based on just the test drive which would be $2700. They finally get it into a bay 2.5 hours later and said we might be able to save the clutch with adjusting the cable and replacing some bearings for $1k. They didn’t bother checking my pedal like I asked them to. I took it to another shop for a 2nd opinion and there was nothing wrong with my clutch, they said it felt like it was replaced within the last 4-5 years and was adjusted to the person who had it replaced as the pedal was adjusted down. They adjusted my pedal to stock height for $150 and now my pedal isn’t loose and no more issues. Very disappointing how dealerships feel the need to rip women off and just want to do extra things instead of checking what was asked of them to check. I will order parts from dealerships but will never have them work on my car now knowing how much they are charging for something that will only take an hour to adjust and 2-3 hours to replace a clutch. More

Gary Piccininni my service mgr was outstanding! Got me in right at 7am for my appt and listened to my concerns and then advised me of my courtesy Oil Change.
