Took over 2 hours for a scheduled tire rotation. Also was told they recommended over $800 of work that I had done previously that they should of been able to see through Toyota records. An incredible buying experience from selection to driving off the lot. Iman was extremely helpful throughout. They designate a certain amount of their profit to local charities and disclose it during the pap off the lot. Iman was extremely helpful throughout. The dealership has gone down. The customer service is not like it used to be. I had an appointment to get my truck serviced and also received a recall letter in the mail so, I The customer service is not like it used to be. I had an appointment to get my truck serviced and also received a recall letter in the mail so, I explained to my service advisor that I wanted to address the recall. His response was " THATS GOING TO TAKE A LONG TIME"! I explained to him that I was okay with that because it needed bto be done. The service advisor Vicente Suarez had very poor customer service and was very rude. However, the Valletta Joshua was very professional and helpful to me. They need to switch jobs! More
