Jeff Sutliff was very good in helping me. However he had to deal with tire warranty company which took 5 hours total to get approval and replace two tires that I bought from Toyota January However he had to deal with tire warranty company which took 5 hours total to get approval and replace two tires that I bought from Toyota January 2021. So I thank Jeff he kept on giving me updates on his progress. Again 5 hours. What concerned me the most when I first got there the “valet” was frustrating I told him I thought I had a issue with at least one of my back tires, because my sensor light kept on coming on. He said he would put air in my tires. I told him I still felt there was a issues and wanted my two back tires checked. I knew the valet was trying to make light of my situation even when I told him I was planning a trip in a few days. He said “I put air in your tires so sensor light will now go out” Reluctantly he put a number on my car and disappeared. About 15 minutes later Jeff came by and asked me if I have been helped and I told him what was going on. Jeff took all the information he told me the tires would be checked. He later came back to me and told me they found nails in the two back tires. He was going to start working on the warranty. I thank Jeff for believing me that I had a problem. I have owned 4 Toyota’s 3 were bought at your location. I understand you were short staff that afternoon but what if I had got on the road with two bad tires. Thank you Jeff! More
