This dealership was a lot less crowded / busy than the Toyota dealership closer to my house. This allowed me to get a brand new Sienna in 1 month versus the 4-5 month wait list that everyone else was expe Toyota dealership closer to my house. They were easy to get in touch with because they provided their contact numbers I could text or call whenever needed. I was even able to FaceTime one of the employees when I couldn’t figure out something on my Sienna after I brought it home instead of having to drive 2 hours to get to the dealership. I did take away a star because my original salesman had quit and I was given a new sales man while waiting for the arrival of my car so there was a point where communication got a little muddled but still by far one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car in my adult life. More

Bought 2022 Toyota Rav 4 & gas mileage is not what they are advertising and brought up to the service personal and they said everything looks ok. And it’s Not.
