This last weekend I reached out to AN Toyota in search of a hard to come by Sienna Limited van for my parents. She listened to what I needed and immediately got to searching for it even though they are far and few between with how the car market is right now. WOW! She took on the challenge instead of brushing me off and saying “good luck” like most others would say. She texted and emailed me over the options she had and gave me all the information I needed.
