Tony was an excellent service rep! Explained the process and problems in a timely manner. Car is still not fixed but it's due to waiting on a part. My only problem is that I took my car to Toyota to get it diagnosed for my AC not working. They have still not determined the issue and have replaced parts to hopefully fix the problem. Hopefully I get back in soon to finish fixing my car! More

I was approached for additional services which exceeded $500.00. One of the suggestions regarded brake service which I received in November. Service writer was great. Service tech who did my oil change was also asked to check a loose heatsheild on the exhaust. Tech for some reason could not find the loose heatsheild, but I had no problems finding it when having my tires replaced. Service writer was great but have doubts about the service techs ability.
