I have never, in about 15 years of dealing with Autonation, had a problem. Your service personnel have always been fair and honest with me about what needs to be done to my automobile. My windshield wiper blades snapped off immediately after leaving. In the rain. On a highway. The service OTHERWISE was great but my wipers worked when I arrived and flopped off and started smacking my passe leaving. In the rain. On a highway. They also had the wrong name, email, and phone number for my account which is weird. The main person I interacted with (Kiley) was nice and communicative, I don't think any of that is her fault.
