Took a very long time (3 hrs) for them to take our car in to diagnosis the problem which is why they didn’t get 5 stars. Took, an 1 1/2 hrs to find & repair. My first visit was for an oil change. I made an appointment- showed up on time, however it took 2-1/2 hours to complete. The general manager was so apologetic that he approved I would n I made an appointment- showed up on time, however it took 2-1/2 hours to complete. The general manager was so apologetic that he approved I would not be charged for the service. I think they were having an extremely busy day. Although I hadn’t planned on sitting in the waiting area for that extended time, I definitely left AutoNation Toyota extremely satisfied with their immediate response to check on the delay and decision to forego charges. While I'm not happy with my last visit most always i am. I specifically told the lady that took my reservation i want only warranty required work preformed. The person that took keys and sent me to pay was I specifically told the lady that took my reservation i want only warranty required work preformed. The person that took keys and sent me to pay was also told the same thing. They rotated my tires and charged me a little more than $20.And they did not need rotation because they were just recently when i bought tires from another vender. While i should have complain there, i had been there long enough and my time is worth more. I'm not so upset that i won't return. But i'm not happy with this as i made myself more than clear. More
