I was never given a price for the services I selected until the final bill came. I also never got a copy of my 12 point inspection, if one was even done. When I filed a complaint with Totota USA and serv until the final bill came. I also never got a copy of my 12 point inspection, if one was even done. When I filed a complaint with Totota USA and service manager called me back, he asked if I was complained "because they did the work too fast?". I will never come back to this dealership for anything. More
