Easy to make an appt by phone. Friendly competent service manager who was able to answer questions and fix an issue I had. Performed service in a timely manner. I have used this dealership for servi service manager who was able to answer questions and fix an issue I had. Performed service in a timely manner. I have used this dealership for service as a snow bird for 12 yrs and have always been happy with their service. Unrelated to this service call, I called the service center twice and requested a call back because no service manager was available regarding a question I had about connecting my phone map to my 2021 Sienna. I never received a response from either call. Not sure why, but I was disappointed in their lack of response. I resolved the problem with a call to Verizon so this in no way reflects on this service call. More

The maintenance Rep (Hope) was excellent...efficient and knowledgeable. She knew how to do her job and she did it well. Very Happy with the service.
