The lack of communication was very disappointing. When the veh had a delay we were never told & something that was supposed to be 2 hrs. took all day. Most new car Dealerships are good and I would rate them high including yours. This recent visit unusual. Had to wait several min in the completely empty service bay for someone to speak to.
