Requested appointment for routine service .Since I have received 5 phone calls and emails. I told each person each of the sales people I.was not interested and to stop calling me. Last night while expres received 5 phone calls and emails. I told each person each of the sales people I.was not interested and to stop calling me. Last night while expressing my displeasure I was switched over to a sales manger who started with the same sales pitch. Once again I apprised him that if he persist ed. I would be forced to hang up.. He apologized and said I would not be bothered any further. Today I received two more email within two minutes of each other. I would like to think that in the future they would be more appreciative of customers requests and the lying to me is reprehensible. More
Was there for first oil change, service advisor was really good to work with. However, when the service was completed they did not reset the multi information display back to the setting we had it on ( really good to work with. However, when the service was completed they did not reset the multi information display back to the setting we had it on (was set on that setting when we purchased the car.) I couldn't figure out how to reset it so I called and was told it's easy, just press the arrow buttons on the steering wheel. When I again advised I could not get it to reset after pushing the buttons, the woman that answered in the service department said "bring it back, it will take us two seconds to fix it." My drive to "bring it back" is 45 minutes each way, and I should be inconvenienced because your service technician doesn't pay attention to what he/she is doing. More
This was the first oil change for my Toyota CHR. The service advisor Hope was great, she explained everything to me and answered my questions. With my appointment the time was just over an hour.
