I was working with a sales associate via text and emails arranging the numbers on a 2020 Toyota Corolla that I was interested in purchasing. I live an hour away and expressed that I wanted to ensure that th arranging the numbers on a 2020 Toyota Corolla that I was interested in purchasing. I came in on Friday, January 8th, 2021, and waited as they pulled the vehicle from the lot. They called me over to take a look and the ENTIRE right side of the vehicle was scraped, rims scratched, and tire with a chip in it to include the bumpers and fenders having severe scrape marks. They falsely advertised using fake pictures of a similar vehicle and nothing was reported on the CARFAX whether if the vehicle had been serviced for a sideswipe or if one of their employees did it and failed to report it. They then had the audacity to ask me if I was interested in another similar vehicle that is believed to have no damage and similar mileage. My thing is that I asked the sales associate “how did no one know about this damage on the vehicle knowing that I was coming in today to take a look at it?”. He replied by saying that he believes his manager knew and never told him about it. A very unprofessional thing of him to do. Throw his manager under the bus when it is very well your job to check on the vehicles and ensure they are available and in good standing. And for that, I would strongly suggest avoiding this Toyota dealership at all cost as there are plenty in the Tampa Bay Area that aren’t falsifying their pictures and wasting customer’s time. More

Filled out a credit app online while at work Monday 11/9 and he got me approved super fast(Not the greatest credit/no money down)! Only spent an hour after work that day signing paperwork and I was out the door with my new Corolla. Quickest vehicle I have ever purchased AND the floormats were missing and Ramin went out of his way in the pouring rain today to find me floor mats which was amazing!!! I reached out to Barrington again after my first experience and explained my situation with in hours Yanni the General Sales Manager called me with concern in his voice. I explained my current car is no longer safe and my credit has improved but not at a tip top score I was hoping to achieve. Yanni asked me to come down to the dealership with in a hour or two they got me a SUV with a price I could afford and worked with me. Yanni and Barrington were so kind and patient. More
