On December 31, 2023, the last day of the year, I visited Auto Nation dealership with the intention of obtaining a quote for a Rav 4. Regrettably, my encounter with the salespersons at the dealership resulted in me being influenced and ultimately led to the purchase of the car. I traded in my fully functional 2013 Nissan Rogue for a just $3000, despite having received a superior offer of $4500 just the day before from Courtesy Nissan of Tampa following their inspection. While I am satisfied with my new car, a lingering sense of regret persists, considering the missed opportunity for a better deal on my old car. One motivation for choosing Auto Nation was the positive experience a friend had recently, securing a better loan interest rate. However, when I inquired, I was informed that the favorable rate was only applicable to 2023 cars, and I ended up with a 6.74% interest rate matching with DCU. Adding to the discontent, a day after the purchase, a friend brought up "Toyota Guard," a detail that was never mentioned by anyone at the dealership. In summary, my experience involved receiving a subpar trade-in value, missing out on significant discounts, and feeling manipulated into a rushed decision. Reflecting on this, I recognize the importance of thorough preparation before visiting a dealership to avoid potential losses. More

The manager Jim Immediately lower the price by $2,500. Then The GM Mr. Yanni knocked off another $500. The Business Manager MS. Jessy threw in a $500. gift card towards my maintenance purchase. This deal was about $3k less than sticker. I recommend everyone to check this dealer. They definitely cater to the customer, makes them happy and comfortable. I definitely will buy there again. I would feel comfortable going to AutoNation Toyota in Pinellas Park the next time I'm looking for a vehicle. There are two reasons for me not giving them a 5 star rating. First, the haggling process is much too dragged out. Offers shouldn't have to go back and forth 5 or 6 times before the dealership finally gives the customer the lowest price they'll go. It's not enjoyable and left me feeling like they weren't being as up front as I would've liked. Secondly, I saw a used truck online that was exactly what I was looking. When my salesman tried to find it, he found out it had been sold 12 days earlier and was never removed from their system. Obviously I was disappointed and felt a little bit of bait and switch had gone on. More
