I couldn't believe 8.5 hours. No communication from Justin. No parts for rear brakes though I requested the appointment 6 days ahead. I see refused work that no one told me about. Big jobs on front axle??? I was charged for rental though my husband paid for it at the counter. It was absolutely the worst service of my life!!! Now I need to make another appointment for my back brakes, waste more time and don't know anything about these other "refused " services. At this point I would warn anyone I met never to buy a car their or use the service department. I think this my bemy first bad review. Sorry but it was terrible!
