Gary Piccininni has been our service advisor for several years for our whole family. We all own Toyotas so we go often for regular service and only schedule on days when Gary is working. Look never introduce herself and sat in room let Brian did all the work . When I came to pick up car, friend sat her desk for 30 minutes think it was customer. Save your time, sanity and money with this service dept. Scheduling an appt. is done overseas in a call center, after they schedule your appointment they will harass you via text to buy your car.
