She did a great job explaining all the services my car needed and i didnt feel pressured or forced to spend a she made the process seamless and easy. The service dept has improved drastically they have a new technician shop that is huge finally the techs have a/c for these hot days my car was out within 1 hr oil change and rotation on my vehicle .
