Had to have a $200 tire alignment on my less than 1 year old car. Wasn’t expecting to pay out of pocket with the maintenance package that we bought. I waited almost 2 hours for my scheduled oil change and tire alignment. I informed the employee I worked with that the car feels no different than before the service. I was assured that the tire alignment had been completed. I am use to going to another dealership that provides customers with snacks while waiting, this dealership makes you pay. Overall, if there was another AutoNation in my area I would try them but there aren’t any near. More

I purchased a 2023 Rav4 Hybrid and about 10 days after purchase, I noticed the seal around both doors appeared to have been damaged. I drove back to the dealership and was told to talk to Christie in the purchase, I noticed the seal around both doors appeared to have been damaged. I drove back to the dealership and was told to talk to Christie in the Service Dept. When I spoke with her, it felt like she was hostile, and not wanting to help me. I was being super nice, and I guess she was having a bad day. She blew me off and said "come back Monday". She made no attempt to make an appointment for me, nothing. As I was leaving, I was approached by Lori. Lori asked what was the problem. I explained it all, and she took me to see Collin. Both were extremely friendly, and made the return appointment after ordering the part. I returned 6 days later for the appointment, and it was repaired. Kudos to Lori and Collin who made the process so much better after a potential negative experience. More
