They should probably know about the Apple CarPlay bugs with the RAV4s. The steering wheel controls and volume knob sometimes don’t work. It’s an iOS update issue that Apple knows about. I have been using AutoNation since I moved to Florida a few years ago. I am very pleased with the service on my 2018 Rav4. I took my truck in for an oil change and a free tire rotation. I waited a little over 2 hours which was about average for this kind of service. They weren't fast but not too slow either. They ran a check on what needed to be done on a truck with 44000 miles. I denied the service for some lubricant that needed to be changed for $296 which was way to much. I'm going to have it done privately for under $100. They also said I needed an alignment that I also passed on. Overall they did a good job and I will use them in the future. Arif was great but the dealership could have invested $127 more to put on two more tires and uncloud the headlights. They already replace the rear two but wouldn't replace the front tow that are dry rott $127 more to put on two more tires and uncloud the headlights. They already replace the rear two but wouldn't replace the front tow that are dry rotted. Now I got 2 tires that are new and two that are dry rotted and 7 years old with different ratings on them. The Sales manager boasted about the 100 point safety inspection the dealership is supposed to do but dry rotted tires aren't included in that inspection, I guess. So now I have to pay for new tires since the dealership is too cheap to replace 7 year old, dry rotted tires. They also missed polishing the head lights in their extensive detailing process the Sales Manager spoke of. That cost me $17 and elbow grease. All said and done, this dealership could have spent another $127 to get a 6-star review, but they chose to take a shortcut on this vehicle's safety and made me pay for it. Definitely not a world-class dealership! More
