I went to the dealership today to get the things that I am required to get and I happened to mention to the man that I couldn't turn on my automatic door lites He sat down and with in a few minutes he ope am required to get and I happened to mention to the man that I couldn't turn on my automatic door lites He sat down and with in a few minutes he opened the door and the lights worked. I was offered a free oil change and tire rotation. I accepted and made an appointment. It took almost 4 hours. I watched people who came in after me leave before me. Service advisor checked me in bu I accepted and made an appointment. It took almost 4 hours. I watched people who came in after me leave before me. Service advisor checked me in but had no contact with me and another service advisor gave me my keys. No receipt to even show anything was checked. Went in for an out change with an appointment and they told me it would be at least 3 hours before they could get my car done because they overbooked. Rescheduled and came back another day where the oil c told me it would be at least 3 hours before they could get my car done because they overbooked.
