Tobi who called to schedule and Gary the service rep were great! Both were very courteous and informative. A real asset to your dealership. Michael was another issue. I did say my husband was interested and willing to listen to an offer to buy back our car. We were clear that we did not want a used car to replace ours. We wanted something a little bigger. We told him we could not go too big as our garage would not accomodate a very large vehicle. At first he seemed okay with what we were saying. We also stated we were looking for a hybrid plug in. I guess he had nothing to offer; he never said, he said he would go look up the offer for the buy back, unfortunately he never bothered to come back, so we never found out what our options would be 1 We were there for at least an hour and he just sat talking with his co workers. We did contact another dealership who was willing to work with us. We are on their list to see what comes in the next few weeks. More
