Two different service advisors on two different occasions attempted to sell unneeded and unnecessary major high cost repairs. I recognize that Dealers pressure service advisors to upsell, but there is a maj attempted to sell unneeded and unnecessary major high cost repairs. I recognize that Dealers pressure service advisors to upsell, but there is a major difference between quoting what is needed, and attempting to sell additional services vs recommending major work that is unnecessary at high cost. Honesty and trust are key here. The conflict of interest presented with service advisors on commission may be too big a temptation for some advisors. I would hope that this conduct is not supported from the top down. My experience with this Dealer's service center is graded F so far. More

Other valet was too aggressive and kept asking me to sell my car after I said no. Very stressful when you’ve already let five people know who texted me I wasn’t interested. I had a repair done on my Rav 4. Hope Peterson is the person who has been my customer care advisor twice. She is an asset to AutoNation Toyota. Every employee could learn from Ms. Hope Peterson is the person who has been my customer care advisor twice. She is an asset to AutoNation Toyota. Every employee could learn from Ms. Peterson how to treat customers and represent a company. She is very busy with many interruptions but always listens to your concerns, always polite and always willing to answer all questions and she is very proficient. I know working with the public is not easy but she represents Toyota and because of her kind professionalism people will return. More
