Quiet impressed. Drive up someone came up right away waiting in car until service person came out and checked my information and what service was being performed. T Drive up someone came up right away waiting in car until service person came out and checked my information and what service was being performed. Told me it would be about 45 minutes and to wait inside. Exactly 40 minutes later my car was ready to go. Only problem is the service light is on and I cant figure out how to get it off but minor issue. Very friendly! More

Tony was an excellent service rep! Explained the process and problems in a timely manner. Car is still not fixed but it's due to waiting on a part. My only problem is that I took my car to Toyota to get it diagnosed for my AC not working. They have still not determined the issue and have replaced parts to hopefully fix the problem. Hopefully I get back in soon to finish fixing my car! More
I was approached for additional services which exceeded $500.00. One of the suggestions regarded brake service which I received in November. Service writer was great. Service tech who did my oil change was also asked to check a loose heatsheild on the exhaust.
