My windshield wiper blades snapped off immediately after leaving. In the rain. On a highway. The service OTHERWISE was great but my wipers worked when I arrived and flopped off and started smacking my passe leaving. In the rain. On a highway. They also had the wrong name, email, and phone number for my account which is weird. The main person I interacted with (Kiley) was nice and communicative, I don't think any of that is her fault.
