Dear Sir, Wanted to Thank your Service Manager Matt Gordon. He was very professional and answering my questions. I received notice my Toyota Prius was recalled and to bring it in to get fixed right Gordon. He was very professional and answering my questions. I received notice my Toyota Prius was recalled and to bring it in to get fixed right away, it under warranty and was no charge. I received a call that my side light marker bulbs were bad and my sway links boots were torn. The total cost was over $850.00. I almost had a heart attack and was not very happy and thought I was being taken advantage of. Matt sat me down, and explain everything to me, why it had to be done. I felt like I could trust him, and he made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. He took the time for me and appreciate that. It’s individuals like Service Manager Matt Gordon reinforce AutoNation Toyota, positive image to your customers. Without a doubt an extremely satisfied client.
