My first visit was for an oil change. I made an appointment- showed up on time, however it took 2-1/2 hours to complete. Although I hadn’t planned on sitting in the waiting area for that extended time, I definitely left AutoNation Toyota extremely satisfied with their immediate response to check on the delay and decision to forego charges.
