New to area this was my first visit to Auto Nation Toyota for my scheduled maintenance and I wasn't disappointed! From scheduling to working with Hope Peterson, my customer care advisor, the process was seam for my scheduled maintenance and I wasn't disappointed! The oil change, tire rotation, and recall notice was done perfectly. If the service department was the only thing rated. I would give them six stars out of five. However, the sales department was harassing. perfectly. If the service department was the only thing rated. I would give them six stars out of five. However, the sales department was harassing. Every day leading up to my appointment. I either received a text or email about trading my truck in. On day one I said I was not interested. That should of stopped all further texts and emails. But it didn’t. Day after day ,text after text, email after email ,they kept on harassing me over trading in my truck. So the sales department actually should be rated 0 out of five stars for harassment. More
