I have all work done at the dealer. Last visit was to fix a slow-leak tire and do a rotation. Free-of-charge nail extraction and rotation ('cuz I bought all 4 tires there in the past). The lack of communication was very disappointing. When the veh had a delay we were never told & something that was supposed to be 2 hrs. took all day. Most new car Dealerships are good and I would rate them high including yours. This recent visit unusual. Had to wait several min in the completely empty service bay for someone to speak to. Then finally out comes a sales person who wants to make me an offer on my car. ( Obviously then to sell me another.).
