Every staff member was respectful & professionaly friendly. This was the first time I scheduled online. I couldn't find a place to request a specific service agent. Before CO-VID you offered complimentary doughnuts, coffee, tea, & bottled water. The doughnuts and bottled water are no longer. The water fountains were out of order and there was no regular tea available. Both TV screens were so dark it was impossible to watch the shows. I was there from 8:15am to past 1:30 pm. Between my last two visits, Dec 2024 (new tires) and yesterday (5/21/25) I have spent $2,000 at your dealership. A return of some amenities would be appreciated. When I picked up my car the windshield sticker that reminds me of when the next service is due had not been applied. I had to get out of the car & find someone to ask for one. One of the workers at the valet desk was kind enough to print it and apply it to my windshield. Your cleaning crew is doing a good job. The waiting area and women's restroom were clean. That is really appreciated as is the opportunity to give you this feedback. You can't commend or adjust what is not brought to your attention. More
