Recently took my 2015 Toyota Avalon for an oil change to Auto Nation Toyota, Pinellas Park. As always, I ask them to please clean up the oil pan, drain plug and cartridge area afterwards. This is the fifth time this has happened since I purchased the car from Auto Nation Toyota. How hard can it be to run a rag over the oil change area underneath the car? I asked the service representative (Justin) if the cleanup had been done and he assured me it had. I noticed on my bill there was a $9 charge for misc. shop items and rags! Obviously, management does not care and will ignore this review like previous reviews. Professionalism severely lacking. More

I was harassed from her the mechanic and I guess check in since I stepped forward. Nobody greeted me it was all βcan I buy your car β or β you need $15k work done β. I only came in for an oil change and was harassed from 8am until 2 pm. I be sure to get my car serviced elsewhere and depart from Toyota AutoNation. More

Hope was my service rep and she made the process effortless. She was friendly and worked to make the process as seamlessly as possible. Although I do not like a hassle experience, I view this experience as hassle-free. Thank you Auto Nation. Now, a review would not be a balanced review without some criticism for improvement. Although I do not frequent AN often, I was disappointed to see they discontinued donuts. Without donuts I did not want to hangout. Usually I walk around the show room looking at the new cars but without donuts I did not feel like sticking around. Something to think about. I will see you again when Toyota offers zero percent financing once again. One last thing. When I dropped off my car I noticed the service department was full of employees but not once did someone suggest how long I was to wait for Matthew or where to wait. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes I left. Have a great day! More
