The service department was great after I finally was able to speak with the service manager. Work was done quickly. I was "attacked" by a buy back person before I could even get checked in that was besides to speak with the service manager. Work was done quickly. Had apportionment. When I arrived I was greeted and they moved my car up after the other cars had been taken for service. The person just pointed at one of the offices. Still no one came to assist me. Waiting another 5 minutes and then went out to talk to my husband to tell him I knew he was waiting but I was waiting for assistance. So I asked of I needed to just take my car and mike another appointment because no one was thereto help me. They went and got Christine . She apologized and said nobody told me I was there. We finally were able to get my car serviced. Now I have another service scheduled for tomorrow because I was told my brakes needed serviced. My husband is going to take in in as I no longer want to deal with being ignored. If this service is the same we will no longer be coming to this dealership. More
