The service manager and his assistant kept me informed on all stages and all work that needed attention which we discussed. I was surprised when my car was done and I went to get in and found my interior had all stages and all work that needed attention which we discussed. Came for standard 5000 mile service. Rescheduled appointment night before but there was no record of it when I called to confirm in morning, customer service was still able to schedule m Rescheduled appointment night before but there was no record of it when I called to confirm in morning, customer service was still able to schedule me for desired time. Online scheduler sucks though. Valet/advisors were very efficient when I showed up at appointment time. Actual service took 2hrs 15min which seems like a lot for standard service? But I had a lot of freelance work to do, so I appreciated the Business Center. In the past I've used the shuttle, so appreciate that option as well. Advisors were transparent about costs--I remember in the past you would go to the counter for billing, but now it seems Advisors handle payment as well? My Advisors were friendly despite seeming having to juggle a lot of work, they probably deserve a raise. Even though total cost seemed like a lot, the convenience and customer service will keep my family coming back as long as we can afford it. More
