The issue I had with this dealership is that I set an appointment for 11:45am to do my initial 5000-mile checkup. I arrived at 11:35am, but it was 11:55am before anyone even came up to my vehicle in the appointment for 11:45am to do my initial 5000-mile checkup. I arrived at 11:35am, but it was 11:55am before anyone even came up to my vehicle in the service bay to ask if I had an appointment. They informed me that they just needed to rotate the tires and inspect the vehicle, oil change would be done at 10,000 miles. Vladimir then told me they were behind, and it would be 2 hours to get everything done. It ended up taking 2 1/2 hours to do my initial 5000-mile checkup. I think that if you ask a customer to set an appointment, those appointments should be priority over someone just pulling in without an appointment. More

Over the years we have purchased many cars both new and used. Most everyone hates going to a car dealership to buy a car because of the high sales pressure tactics they used. I would just like to say I that have never encountered a dealership like this one. Everyone from the sales manager's down to the sales team are the best I have ever encountered at a dealership. They are super- customer friendly and have always treated us like we are family. The service department is also top notch no dealership up-sales games. If your car needs a repair they will advise you that it needs to be done now or it can wait. Every time I have my vehicle serviced i always look forward to going into the sales area just to say hi.
