I was there before my appointment at 10:30, was told they were running behind so it would be 2 hours. It was around 1pm before I left, I had to go ask advisor and assistant to advisor had paperwork as they were running behind so it would be 2 hours. The gas filler cap on the car refused to open. I needed wiper blade replacement. They honored my BOGO certificate for the blades, explained it was time for a tire rotation, and replaced the gas f I needed wiper blade replacement. Everyone was friendly and kind. They did nothing before explaining why or how much. More
