I had a oil change last week on my Sienna. Mark was my service helper. He was very kind and attentive to my needs for service. The only negative, which is the first I've complained was the fact that dogs were able to be in the waiting room. I understand if it is a service dog, but this was just a cute dog on a leach that was barking. I have allergies, it was not good, I suggested a area in the main room away from were the waiters are to have the dogs kept. A dog on the leach can trip a person and it would be the dealerships responsibility for that, I am surprised that this is allowed, I will be back, and hopefully it will not be hot out and I will sit outside.
