I will never bring our car in there again it’s always something. They say an hour then spend 4 hrs in the place. My car was in the ramp with no tires and just set there for o Dr anhour! Just to say we bought our car there the service guys were okay but when it got in the garage it was terrible. So will not be back at all. Just terrible seen three guys sitting in chairs doing nothing. So ya we won’t be back at all. It’s sad. More

I purchased my 2016 Highlander at this location of AutoNation, and have had it serviced there throughout my ownership. Rarely a problem with servicing my Highlander, which in and of itself is a very AutoNation, and have had it serviced there throughout my ownership. I'm sure finding qualified workers IS a challenge today -:). Just wish some simplier repairs could be done within 4-5 hrs and not require I leave car for 1 day. Recently needed to check dashboard light of -:). Just wish some simplier repairs could be done within 4-5 hrs and not require I leave car for 1 day. Recently needed to check dashboard light of faulty engine and low tire pressure, even though when I filled tires 2 days earlier pressure was fine. They also needed to change out the key ignition switch (which I imagine is a longer process.)... I DO appreciate the free-shuttle car! ... Lastly, think the Prius/C is over engineered. Bad design they can no longer simply tighten the driver's seat belt pully to tighten it.. Their solution, buy an entire new seat belt/reatractor for something like $500. Hope Toyota finds simplier, cheaper ways to tighten seat belts. More
