Had to have a $200 tire alignment on my less than 1 year old car. Wasn’t expecting to pay out of pocket with the maintenance package that we bought. I waited almost 2 hours for my scheduled oil change and t old car. Wasn’t expecting to pay out of pocket with the maintenance package that we bought. I waited almost 2 hours for my scheduled oil change and tire alignment. I informed the employee I worked with that the car feels no different than before the service. I was assured that the tire alignment had been completed. I am use to going to another dealership that provides customers with snacks while waiting, this dealership makes you pay. Overall, if there was another AutoNation in my area I would try them but there aren’t any near. More
