Parts are hard to find for a car this old and Hope and the Parts Dept are always successful in finding any part, even those that are no longer made. Jason does outstanding work. I've been a customer of AutoNation Pinellas for years. I also have a 2020 RAV 4 that I purchased there and the service on it is equally great. I'm sure finding qualified workers IS a challenge today -:). Just wish some simplier repairs could be done within 4-5 hrs and not require I leave car for 1 day. Recently needed to check dashboard light of -:). Just wish some simplier repairs could be done within 4-5 hrs and not require I leave car for 1 day. Recently needed to check dashboard light of faulty engine and low tire pressure, even though when I filled tires 2 days earlier pressure was fine. They also needed to change out the key ignition switch (which I imagine is a longer process.)... I DO appreciate the free-shuttle car! ... Lastly, think the Prius/C is over engineered. Bad design they can no longer simply tighten the driver's seat belt pully to tighten it.. Their solution, buy an entire new seat belt/reatractor for something like $500. Hope Toyota finds simplier, cheaper ways to tighten seat belts. More
