Auto Nation Toyota was running a special on an oil change and tire rotation. After I arrived, I also asked the repair assistant about my windshield wipers. He literally ran to get a paper clip to unclog and and tire rotation. After I arrived, I also asked the repair assistant about my windshield wipers. He literally ran to get a paper clip to unclog and redirect the water sprayer --- AND immediately saved me hundreds $$ because I'd been told in the past that I would need to have the whole wiper system replaced. They promised my car would be ready within an hour and it absolutely was. My tech assistant told me that my brakes needed replacing ... sigh. I was able to make a second appointment and I'll still be able to use some promo coupons that had been mailed to me. I had a very good experience overall, and was appreciative, because we all know that auto repair outcomes aren't always pleasing. More

Appointment was easy to book. Customer service was great and was explained in detail was services I’d need for my vehicle. Took a convenient shuttle home while I waited. My only qualm was that after asking I could use a Toyota credit before my purchase, I was actually not able to use it for payment due to it being for a specific location. I wish that was confirmed prior to payment. Otherwise great experience. More
Service was ok with a couple hickups. People were friendly and efficient getting us checked in and we got the oil change we came in for, plus a tire rotation. Hickup #1, we waited 3 hours before having the sense to ask if our car was finished yet. Person at counter that used to be cashier desk told me I'd have to ask ****, the staffer who had signed us in. Visiting his desk I discovered he had already left for the day. A pleasant young man who shared the same workspace accepted our payment and got our car for us. Hickup #2, Invoice implies full synthetic oil was used. I didn't request it but I was given a discount and I figured that would mean I had 10000 miles of driving before needing my next oil change. But checking the "reminder" sticker on the windshield it showed mileage at which I would need my next oil change was only 5000 miles 'down the road --, at which point I assume my "check engine soon" light will probably come on. So did I get the synthetic oil or not? All this being said, I could have asked about my car sooner but we're retired, the waiting room was comfy and the coffee from your little machine was very good. I had two cups. And I hope my lengthy review here might get me a discount toward my next service. More
I made the service appointment online, about a week ahead of the appointment date, and let their system pick an advisor since the advisor I normally use was not available on the day I wanted. So their system assigned an advisor and sent an email confirming the appointment and the name of the advisor they selected. When I got there I was told that the advisor their system chose for me was not there that day so my appointment is now being converted to a walk-in and they will have to find an available advisor. It took them 25 minutes to assign an advisor and nearly a half hour for an advisor to show up and check me in. The advisor they assigned, Raquel Crawford, was great and provided great service. They need to fix their system to pick an advisor who is actually going to be there on the appointment date. More
