Service was ok with a couple hickups. People were friendly and efficient getting us checked in and we got the oil change we came in for, plus a tire rotation. Hickup #1, we waited 3 hours before having the sense to ask if our car was finished yet. Person at counter that used to be cashier desk told me I'd have to ask ****, the staffer who had signed us in. Visiting his desk I discovered he had already left for the day. A pleasant young man who shared the same workspace accepted our payment and got our car for us. Hickup #2, Invoice implies full synthetic oil was used. I didn't request it but I was given a discount and I figured that would mean I had 10000 miles of driving before needing my next oil change. But checking the "reminder" sticker on the windshield it showed mileage at which I would need my next oil change was only 5000 miles 'down the road --, at which point I assume my "check engine soon" light will probably come on. So did I get the synthetic oil or not? All this being said, I could have asked about my car sooner but we're retired, the waiting room was comfy and the coffee from your little machine was very good. I had two cups. And I hope my lengthy review here might get me a discount toward my next service. More

The reason Autonation is a great dealership is the people. Great people like Kiley in Autonation Service Dept. An appointment should get you service immediately - not "Your appointment will get us to attend your vehicle's repairs within a FOUR HOUR time frame for a 30 minute job." Owning a Toyota means getting a repair done at AutoNation will REQUIRE you to sacrifice half your day - like your customer's time is worthless. That's disrespectful. I therefore resent AutoNation's disrespect for their clients as a result. This seems to be a Tampa thing as this is the third Toyota dealership to reflect such service policies. I have purchased about 8 or 9 Toyota Highlander and RAV4 hybrids over the past 8 years from Panama City Toyota - and they do NOT treat me with such casual disrespect. I'm seriously considering the cost of having to drive from Tampa to Panama City Toyota to maintain my fleet. What a disgraceful Toyota brand representation, AutoNation. I expected more from you. More
Received a Toyota text regarding an oil change for my 03 tundra which it needed. Used their online scheduler for service date and time which was easy to use. Toyota’s multi check I like.
